Business Administration & Management
AI-Driven Business Innovation
I work where an organization runs day to day: administration, people coordination, planning and marketing. Artificial intelligence is part of my toolkit, used to streamline routine work and bring clearer information to everyday decisions.

About
My work sits where administration meets marketing. At Asas (OUSOS) Training Center I manage student affairs and day-to-day administrative communication, and I run the center's marketing across Facebook, Instagram and Telegram for seven training programs.
I am completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Syrian Virtual University, alongside certificates in business management, principles of management and digital marketing. Together they give structure to what the daily work teaches: how plans, people and resources fit together.
I treat AI as an aid to management rather than an end in itself: a way to draft, organize and review faster, so more time goes to judgment, people and follow-through. Courses from Anthropic, Claude Academy, Google Cloud and IBM SkillsBuild shape how I apply it responsibly.

My management approach
How I intend to manage work: four stages around one decision core, repeated as a cycle. Explore a stage, or take the guided journey.

Decision core
Every stage feeds one place: the decision. Evidence goes in, a clear choice comes out, and the cycle repeats.
Select a stage, or start the guided journey.
A proposed working method: it describes how I intend to manage, not measured results or past achievements.
Course I teach
AI Management
A course I teach on applying artificial intelligence to management work. The trailer follows one professional through five roles where AI supports the daily work.
Roles covered in the trailer
- Executive leadership
- Financial intelligence
- Business automation
- Meeting & operations
- Legal consultation
AI Management Lab
A hands-on companion to the course: pick a management challenge, find its cause in a live 3D model, then test decisions and see their trade-offs.
Illustrative simulation
Drag sideways to turn the view. Select a node for its numbers.
- Within capacity
- Near capacity
- Over capacity
- Spare capacity
Starting point
An illustrative team receives 20 new tasks a week and already carries a backlog of 36. Every task passes through five stages, from intake to delivery. Everyone feels overloaded, yet work keeps arriving late.
- Completed per week
- 14
- Backlog change per week
- +6
- Weeks to clear the backlog
- Not shrinking
- Load on the busiest stage
- 207%
- Extra staff hours per week
- 0
How the numbers are calculated
- Work available each week = new arrivals + backlog ÷ 4 (the team works its backlog down over four weeks).
- Each stage passes on the smaller of what it receives and what it can finish.
- Completed per week = what leaves the last stage. Backlog change = new arrivals − completed.
- Load = work received ÷ capacity. Above 100%, work queues in front of the stage.
Illustrative simulation for teaching. The teams, numbers and assumptions are invented examples; every result comes from the rules above, not from real data or AI analysis.
